I'm looking for the best candied yams recipe for thanksgiving. Do any of you have one? It's my husband's favorite thing at thanksgiving, (except for the pumpkin pie), and I might make some this year, but I've never made it before and I need a good recipe.

my mom has a really good one! she made i think last year, cause none of us were there! but i remember her saying it was the best she has ever made! it was a new recipie! you should ask her!
Betty Crocker. A few years ago I was assigned to make them for a Thanksgiving dinner. I had never made them before and actually had always hated them. But I made them, tasted them, and almost liked them! So it must be a good recipe. If you want it I'll share it. It's totally one of the most unhealthy things at Thanksgiving, so I don't make it much....but once you add tonz of butter and Marshmallows and brown sugar....they really aren't soo bad!
